Singhanpur is most popular for its ancient caves.Far from Raigarh and has the distinction of hosting the oldest statues on earth. The construction of these sculptures was 30000 BC. And resemble Mexican and Spanish sculptures. The cave is about 30 thousand years old, it was discovered in 1910 by Anderson. Rock paintings of Singhanpur in Raigarh district were first published in India Paintings in 1918 and in the 13th issue of Encyclopedia Britannica.

Stone Age remains have been found here. The oldest human rock formation in the world is located here. From here, evidence of the oldest human habitation has been found in Chhattisgarh. The three prehistoric carpet caves found here are about 300 meters long and 7 feet high. Animal and human figures are built on the outer walls of this cave, hunting scenes are also maintained. Among the rock formations found in the country so far, only pictures of prehistoric humans and dancers are found in rock shelters of Singhanpur.

By Air:   The nearest airport accessible is in Raipur, approximately 300 km away from Bastar. Many Airplane operators operate regular flights from here connecting it to all the major cities. Prepaid taxis are easily available from the Raipur Airport to raigarh.

By Train: Raigarh railway station is a main railway station in Raigarh district, Chhattisgarh. The station lies on Tatanagar–Bilaspur section of Howrah-Nagpur-Mumbai line the broad gauge line and comes under Bilaspur railway division.

By Road:  This cave is located 20 kilometers from Raigarh district headquarters and only 3 kilometers from Bhupdevpur railway station.
